Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripened banana
  • 1 ripened pear core and stem removed
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
