It’s like your favorite PB&J, but without all the bad stuff that comes with it. Perfect when you want something on the sweet side, but don’t want something unhealthy. Did we mention that this recipe is so easy too?
Almond Butter Fruit Jars
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 ripened bananas
- 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put 4 8-ounce jars on a baking sheet.
Mash the almond butter with the bananas until well combined. Layer this mixture with the berries in each of the mason jars.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and put a lid on the jars. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
